Where we deliver
We currently deliver across Saharanpur city — including Court Road, Janakpuri, Ghanta Ghar, Prem Nagar, Ambala Road, Delhi Road, Chakrata Road, Nehru Market, Gill Colony and Hakikat Nagar. The product page lets you check your pincode before booking. Outside the city? WhatsApp us — for some areas we can arrange delivery at a small extra charge.
Delivery timing
- Your outfit is delivered one day before your event date, between 10 AM and 8 PM.
- The evening before, we confirm a 2-hour slot with you on WhatsApp.
- Need it earlier — say, for an outstation function or a pre-wedding shoot? Book an extra day or message us and we’ll plan it.
- Please make sure someone is available at the address to receive it. If a delivery is missed, we’ll try once more the same day.
When it arrives
Open the sealed garment bag and try the outfit on as soon as you can. Each outfit is a single piece, so sizes cannot be exchanged — we confirm your size on a call before delivery. If something isn’t as described, WhatsApp us within 3 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll fix it or refund you in full.
Pickup & returns
- Pickup is the day after your event, from the same address, between 10 AM and 8 PM.
- Pack everything back in the garment bag it came in — outfit, dupatta, accessories and hanger.
- No need to wash or iron anything. Professional cleaning is included.
- Our rider will give you a pickup confirmation on WhatsApp. Your deposit is refunded within 48 hours after the quality check.
Charges
Delivery & pickup is FREE anywhere in Saharanpur. There are no extra charges at the door. Late returns are charged as described in our rental policy.
Returns & refunds for a rental
Because every outfit is booked for specific dates, a rental can’t be “returned” for a refund after the event. If you change your plans before delivery, our cancellation rules apply: full refund 7+ days before delivery, 50% of rent 3–7 days before, and no rent refund within 72 hours. Your deposit is always refunded in full when there is no damage.
