- Payment status from Razorpay. We never receive or store your full card or UPI PIN details.

How we use it
- To confirm, deliver and collect your rental and refund your deposit.
- To send booking updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To answer your questions and help with fit.
- To send offers and new arrivals — only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe any time.
- To prevent fraud and improve our website.
Who we share it with
We share only what’s needed with: our delivery partners (name, phone, address), the partner boutique that owns your outfit (booking details, not your payment data), Razorpay for payments, and service providers for email, hosting and analytics. We may use advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google) to measure our ads. We never sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and login working, and optional analytics and advertising cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working.
How long we keep it
Booking and invoice records are kept as long as required by Indian tax law. Fit photos and measurements are deleted within 30 days of your rental unless you ask us to keep them. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights. Write to us using the details below and we’ll respond within 30 days.
