About these terms
This website is operated by WeStyle (“WeStyle”, “we”, “us”), based in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. By using the website or placing a booking, you agree to these terms, our Rental Policy, our Delivery & Returns policy and our Privacy Policy.
Our service
WeStyle is a marketplace for renting occasion-wear. Outfits are owned by our partner boutiques and listed, delivered, cleaned and collected by WeStyle. Photos are of the actual outfit or a representative piece; colours may look slightly different on screen.
Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old to book. You’re responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure, and for all bookings made from your account. Please give a correct delivery address and a reachable mobile number.
Bookings & payment
- A booking is confirmed only after full payment of rent, refundable security deposit and delivery fee, and our confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- In the rare case that an outfit becomes unavailable after booking, we’ll offer a similar outfit or a full refund.
Use of the outfit
The outfit remains the property of WeStyle’s partner boutique. You may wear it for personal use during the rental period. You may not sell, sub-rent, lend, permanently alter or commercially photograph it without our written permission. Care, damage, late-return and cancellation rules are set out in our Rental Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Security deposit
The deposit is held as security for the return of the outfit in good condition and is refunded within 48 hours of return, less any charges under the Rental Policy. You authorise us to make those deductions after sharing photos and an estimate with you.
Liability
We take great care to deliver on time and in perfect condition. If we fail to deliver for reasons within our control, our liability is limited to a full refund of what you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as severe weather, strikes or government restrictions).
Content & intellectual property
All text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to WeStyle or its partners and may not be copied without permission. If you share photos of yourself in a WeStyle outfit and tag us, you allow us to repost them with credit; you can ask us to remove them at any time.
Changes, law & disputes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your booking applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Please contact us first — we’ll always try to resolve concerns quickly and fairly.
